Three probabilities: 1. It can't find a file that Apache need to load PHP 2. It can't find a file that PHP needs (an extension) 3. It can't find a library that an extension needs Solutions: 1. Add c:\php5 to your path environment variable 2. Make sure you have the correct extensions dir set in php.ini (probably c:\php5\ext) 3.
