It has tons of real unit tests to know it really works. Plus there are a lot of eyes on it from various platforms. So you're pretty much guaranteed that it is going to work out for you in the end. It has a very nice manual, better than any other attempt I've seen in our community. I think some of the api's do feel a little weird but I understand that after releasing you can't just break BC for glam. :) With all of that said... I tend to stay away from a lot of it though because it feels very heavy to use.
