Can't you just set the "From" and "Reply-to" headers?

$headers =
    "From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]"
   ."Reply-to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]"
   ."\n";

mail( $to, $subject, $message, $headers );

?>

BTW, if you look at Stut's post, and you're response, you've placed the
"parameters" parameter in the "headers" parameter location, thus totally
borking the purpose of setting the "parameters" parameter >:)
