   /wherever
       /Project
           /bin
           /build
               /source
               /static
               /templates
               patterns.txt
           /compilers
           /configs
           /cron
           /functions
           /modules
           /services
           /sql
           buildSite.php*
           config.interjinn.php@ (link to active config in /configs)

Running buildSite.php (which uses patterns.txt) generates the webtree:

   /wherever
       /DOC_ROOT
