I wouldn't say they were the WORST...

They all actually spoke English with a reasonable degree of
comprehensibility, unlike SOME call centers where you end up speaking
to somebody who clearly does not speak the same language as you need
them to speak...

I suppose that's only "fair" after all the years of US companies
staffing their call centers with only English-speakers, but it's sure
not pleasant as a customer.

Relying on Sprint, however, to honor any kind of oral agreement, is a
big fat *NOT*

"I'm sorry, but we just don't have any reocrd of that conversation.

You're now 2 weeks overdue, because that extension you claim we gave
you doesn't exist."

It was like a parody of the White House Watergate tapes -- Anything
they didn't feel like honoring was just not there; Something that had
been said that they LIKED, they had a perfect record of that though.

If this cell phone ever dies, you can be dang sure I won't be signing
up again with Nextel/Sprint, because it's only a matter of time before
it becomes unbearable.

Heck I might even get one that actually does SMS text messaging.
[I happen to have one of the two (2) models of Blackberry that does
not support SMS text messaging.]
