[PHP] redeclare array_push

I have transferred to another host, changed the db name and the password but
when I call my database I  get the message 'Cannot redeclare array_push()in
/home/(...) /brokenlink/functions.php3 on line 3'

Can abyone please telle me what this means  and what I can possibly do about
it?
