It seem that you want to develop a webchat :), today there is a lot library about Jabber protocol, but all in JAVA language, if you want you can use library of jivesoftware to develop. I use Wildfire for IM server, and Claros for webchat in servlet. You can try it for develop Jabber connection manage. Best Regard.
