[PHP] Safe mode upload

Hi everyone.

I have trouble uploading files while in safe mode 
.Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 206 is
not allowed to access /tmp/php6wtDUc owned by uid 0 
Can someone help me pass around this problem?
