In the regedit file where you put the path assuming the path is
C:\php\sapi\php4isapi.dll
You would enter
C:\\php\\sapi\\php4isapi.dll
Into the places where it says to put the path. Then save that file, then
double click it, and click ok. Then reboot windows.
