[PHP] Error: Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied

I am getting the error 

 

Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so into server:
/usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so: cannot restore segment prot after
reloc: Permission denied 

 

When I try to load Apache.  

 

Running PHP 4.4.4, Apache 2.0.59, and mysql 4.1.21

 

All installations have gone smoothly; I just have not been able to start
apache because of the error.
