The HTML form syntax would be something like: <input type="checkbox" name="array[]" value="..." /> <input type="checkbox" name="array[]" value="..." /> <input type="checkbox" name="array[]" value="..." /> etc. Then in your PHP script, $_POST['array'] will hold an array of the checkbox values.
