Then do something like this... 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55 * * * * /usr/local/bin/inquiry_pull_test.php
in the crontab file.... Depending on your situation, you might will need to add or not add the "#!/usr/local/bin/php" at the top of the php scripts...
