Well i have used this on my next page:

global $HTTP_POST_VARS;
$num_fields=count($HTTP_POST_VARS);
while(list($key, $value) = each($HTTP_POST_VARS)) { echo "$key = $value<br>";

}

Look in the $_POST array (which matches the form method) on the next page.
For example;

<?php

print_r($_POST);

?>
