You should reciprocate with some creative ideas.
What I would do first is replace /fonts/images/austrise.jpg on my site with a picture of something REALLY disgusting, and use a different file for my site. Then, after I have had a few chuckles, and I'm convinced that the bandwidth bandito has learned a lesson, fix it as Jordan Miller has suggested.
