for the second time now: BULLSHIT - this is not true and has not been for along as I have used PHP (and that I was aware of passing around funky array structures via POST and GET).
but seeing as Mr. Lynch still uses IE4 then maybe he still runs PHP3 - in which case he could be right about his setup.
