I'm happy to read that the problem has been fixed. but i don't intend to use a CVS version on a production machine.
This is the reason i asked for info on the official 4.3.11 release date. Do you have any idea when it is planned ?

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at http://snaps.php.net/.
