wondering if anyone can help me with this one... im running php 4.3.9 on windows 98. im tryin to get the xslt functions working. i have follwed the instructions here:

i still am not getting them working. my specific problems is: when i start apache i get a pop error:
Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library './php_xslt.dll' - One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found
ive searched for solutions but havent come up with anything that works. anyone have any advice?
