[PHP] unable to use pear

Dear sirs,
             I have recently installed the FoxServ package 3.0 on my windows xp 
platform.

But when I use the following instruction::
require_once "HTML/Template/ITX.php";

I get this message;
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'HTML/Template/ITX.php' 
(include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in C:\FoxServ\www\example.8-2.php on line 14

Can you help me?
