[PHP] Loading a html file using DOM XML

Is it possible to load a HTML file using DOM XML?

I tried loading a HTML file using:

    $Document = domxml_open_file("DynamicTable.html");
    if (!$Document) {
        echo "Error loading the document\n";
        exit;
        }

Yet that does not work; I get the error.
