try restarting apache. if mysql were not running they would see a mysql error, not a PHP error saying the function is not defined.
Is is something to do with how mysql is built into PHP and how PHP interacts with apache, so if all else fails, try rebuilding PHP. -B ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric L.
