General consensus seems to be that it's not "a guy", it's a spambot pretending to be an auto-responder and using a fake from address. If you click the link, you merely confirm to the bot that your email address is good, and hey presto! you're a target for even more spam. Just ignore them or make yourself a filter rule to kill them automatically. Cheers!
