Globals are off, Magic_quotes are off The file is the same I cant use include with a preg_replace (I replace X with file_get_contents blah because if I dont then the file thats included wont be included in place of the replaced variable, it will be included on the top of the page and not where its supposed to me.)
And using buffer is 8x slower than eval.
