Hi All. I'm hoping someone can help here because my Hosting provider's technical support haven't got a clue.
I am unable to get into my phpMyAdmin area using Internet explorer. I'm challenged but cannot get in. I've tried: domain name FTP username and password the MySQL username and password I've even tried "root" This is dumb I know. But I need to get in. I have FTP access to the directory and can even open the htaccess files and have downloaded the "config.inc.php3" file but am unsure what to change and where.
