Personally I simply don't see the point :)
Unzip the zip, tweak Apache and php.ini and I have what *I* want running in minutes.
I don't want MySQL, I do use Apache2 so the installer is simply a waste of effort ;)
No doubt someone who prefers a knobled version will do it though :)
