Could anyone explain how to install PHP 5 on Windows running IIS 5.1? I following the supplied instructions but the extensions were not loading and I had them configured correctly in php.ini and when I would create a phpinfo page, there would be access errors and the PHP and Zend logos would not display for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
