This kind of message are a FRAUD (I don't now how they do the fraud) and are investigated and are INVESTIGATED and PERSECUTED by the Spanish Police in collaboration with INTERPOL.
So, the advice of the police here is to NOT believe any line of it and redirect the message to the nearest police department in your country.
