What about this:

$count = count($result);
for ($i = 0; $i < $count; $i++) {

    $tempCount = count($result[$i]['members']);
    for ($k = 0; $k < $tempCount; $k++) {

        echo $result[$i]['members'][$k]['group'];
    }
}

This should output the groups. Heven't tested it, though.
