I have a webcam that travels through various wireless links. It runs a webserver and can be viewed from anywhere. A lot of people watch this webcam, its out in a woods monitoring wildlife. The problem is that eats up a lot of our available bandwidth on the wireless network. Is there a way you could use php to display the video stream from the NOC so only one feed to the webcam is necessary?
