Hrm. I just turned this on today. The problem has been occurring all week.
I run 47 websites so I get a lot of spam. Qurb has you confirm you're a real person once by replying to the message and all's good from that point forward. The PHP mailing list is already added to the approved list of addresses so only people sending directly to me will have to reply to the initial confirmation.
