I thought that maybe the PDF had been corrupted somehow, but the problem miraculously fixed itself so I didnt have a change to check that out.
Now I got a call from one of my users complaining of the exact same problem, which once again miraculously fixed itself after reloading internet explorer.
There are no error messages in the apache log or the mysql log.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on?!?
This is most likely an issue with the client-side (i.e. the Acrobat IE plugin) and not PHP given that restarting IE (i.e. restarting the plugin) solves it.
