Basically RSS is just an XML file that you can retrieve from a site using HTTP. Sites that make feeds available generally have a link to them somewhere on the site. In the case of Slashdot, the link is at the bottom of their home page and is labelled "rss". Im assuming you have some code to parse the XML...? -- Aj. Sys.
