Personally, as a design practice I would make the 2 tables in their own separate database. This would allow it to port anywhere, even a new server you bring online and shift everything to. I have been working on a catalog/quote system for our salesmen to use and have given it to a sister corporation and the only things I have had to change within the system was the DB access and passwords, as well as the company information. This allows for a quick and dirty database build and is independent on the server hosting it.
