I'm not lucky, there is no ftp access to the server. This can sound a little strange, but there is no... :(
Either talk to your host to change their policy or change the host. I don't see any reason why rmdir should be disabled.
Or you can use smtp mail class to send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] saying "Please, remove this directory" ;)
