I've had a few troubles with PHP/MySQL with requests like that... Maybe
you could try that (it worked for me) :

$query = "insert into internet_tmp select 
rv_ret(\"$FF\"),\"$FF\",$sesid,(sysdate+0.0021) from dual";

the \"$var\" are important : ".$var." won't do, even if with an echo
$query, you _seem_ to get the same results...
