It ABSOLUTELY amazes me how this list is so cyclic. Every couple of weeks or so the exact same questions rotate back to the head of the "already been answered, but someone needs to ask it again" list. Sure they get a wee bit of a rewording-- for instance "what is better OOP or procedural?" or "What are the real advantages using classes? And when do you think they should be used?" Anyways, just pointing out something I notice over and over again.
