Hello mailing list, I want to use Oracle function in PHP parser in Win32 OS, but I don't know how to install it, in the official documentation tell this:
Installation You have to compile PHP with the option --with-oracle[=DIR], where DIR defaults to your environmment variable ORACLE_HOME.
