Well did they supply any information like what the error was or
what browser they were using?

I'm unable to answer that. Some knowlege of what exactly the error
is might help. The headers shouldn't cause error.

am I the intended person? the email wasn't addressed to me, so I
feel like I'm breaking the policy...
