Of course I do, as soon as I break 30 Gigs of usage I start paying. But this is beside the point, I live in a technologically luxurious country, the PHP mailing list is global, and so not everyone has such luxury. I think people be a little less ignorant and self indulgent and have a little respect for the ENTIRE community.
