This is actually for a personal web portal, so very little will be eval'd out of the database most of the time.
I'm not sure what a PHP accelerator is, but I'm guessing that if I wanted to use it I could get away with doing something like: Export the php file from the db to an actual tmp file. require it and call it from inside of my dbpage.php file.
