Your $_POST array will be looking something like this...
$_POST['datebirth']=array('xx-xx-xxxx','xx-xx-xxxx',...);

So you will need something like this...
foreach($_POST['datebirth'] as $thisdatebirth){
    $date_array = split("-", $thisdatebirth);
    $mysqldate =
$date_array[2]."-".$date_array[1]."-".$date_array[0];
}
