I'm out of a job here if this is true as I'm doing quite a bit of PHP development on NT/IIS with both MySQL and MS Access (not my choice, but a clients). I'm quite happy with NT but I'll be switching over to Linux later in the year - company policy to gradually move away from Win to Linux for servers. I'd look at security as the main argument.
