there is definatelly a bug in 4.2.1 since this sentence: Argostoli is the 'capitol' of Kefalonia / Kefallinia. One of the Greek Ionian islands.

On my PHP 4.3.2 installation, echo addslashes("the 'capitol-' of Kefalonia"); displays: the 'capitol-' of Kefalonia which appears to be correct.
