What about the rest of the code?  How is this variable defined?  I have
had this happen in some code before, I found that the variable was set to
"".  Try using:

if (isset($SenderEmailAddress) && $SenderEmailAddress != "") {
  mail($mailTo, $mailSubject, $Message);
}
