[PHP] track_vars in apache httpd.conf

hello,

I faced a problem with apache httpd.conf.

I have a virtual host and i  write in httpd.conf  that lines :

<IfModule mod_php4.c>
php_value track_vars "Off"
</IfModule>
but not working

please advise.
