I downloaded PHP 5-dev from snaps last night but it is giving me an error when I try to install it. The error is: The dynamic link library libxml2.dll could not be found in the specified path.
I have been downloading and installing PHP 5 from snaps for some time and haven't had any problem installing it prior to this. Is this a change, something different about the installation procedure? Or is there a problem with PHP 5 on snaps. I am using Windows 2000. I download the zip file, unzip into the PHP directory, and copy php4ts.dll into winnt\system32.
