Yeah that's why I use this address [EMAIL PROTECTED], I receive a whole bunch of junk mail to that address because of my replies or questions to this list. I have tried to get the archives password protected the way apple does it or other mailing lists do it, but I didnšt receive that much support so I would just say either deal with the spam, create filters, so that anything that comes to your php address has to have the php-general mailist list somewhere in the headers.. that way everything else just gets junked.
