I see you posted this to the Horde list, so you're aware of that project. Horde has been used in a few very large installations, but more important than the number of users is the load on the app. Will the 100k users be on it very frequently? Rarely? What kind of hit level are we talking about? Much of that could also be dependent on the hardware you have available.
