HTML E-mail is just HTML code embedded in the e-mail. Pick up a book on HTML code. Even easier, make a web page using your favorite editor (note ms word and open office allow you to save as web page) and cut and paste the code.
I think there /might/ be an extra line or two you might have to add to the mail header.
