All, I think everything is now moved; cvs checkouts should still be fine, and as dns changes over, commits will become possible again. (if you need to make a commit now, please tell your system that cvs.php.net happens to point at pb11.pair.com)
When dns converges, work will continue on lxr and bonsai to return them to service.
