Once you get used to the syntax, it is great. I think it makes maintaining your site a lot easier (any templating engine could do that, though). The speed is very quick. It's beat out every other templating system I've seen plus it has a huge set of features. The only online program I have running it is a Survey System demo at http://sepodati.realxl.net (admin password is 'password'). I've never used it in a mixed developer/designer environment.
